UV Conveyor SystemThe designed UV Conveyor Systems give steady, quick, and safe cure of UV-treatable inks, adhesives and coatings. These comprise of a moving belt that goes through a chamber zone having multi-spectral lights attached above or potentially on each side for quick part curing. They have normal line speed that is 1 to 32 feet for each minute. The units highlight standard metal halide, visible bulbs, mercury or LED scopes with powers running from 320-405 nm. Our UV Conveyor Systems can be equipped with four, one or two LED or UV flood lights to oblige an assortment of curing applications.
